Q: Do you ship outside the U.S. and Canada?
A: Currently, we only deliver to addresses within the United States and all Canadian provinces/territories. International shipping to other regions is not available at this time.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package. U.S. orders are tracked via USPS, while Canadian orders use USPS International (with tracking available through Canada Post once the package enters Canada).
Q: What if my package is lost or delayed?
A: For U.S. orders, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date if your package is lost or significantly delayed. For Canadian orders, allow an extra 5–7 business days for cross-border customs clearance, then reach out within 14 days of the marked delivery date if issues persist. We do not offer direct exchanges, but you may place a new order for your desired size/color and return the original item for a refund.

A: After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method, and your bank or credit card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the funds in your account.

A: Our garments are pre-washed during production to minimize shrinkage. Following the recommended care instructions (cold water wash, low heat drying or lay flat drying) will help maintain their original size and shape. Avoid high heat washing or drying, as this may cause slight shrinkage in natural fibers.
