Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Unfortunately, refund requests will not be processed after the deadline.
To qualify for a return, items must adhere to the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and labels intact
- Packaged in the original packaging (if applicable)
For hygiene and inventory reasons, certain items are final sale and non-returnable—including products marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on their product pages. These exclusions are clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for size, color, or style modifications.
If you wish to swap your item for a different size, color, or product, please place a new order for the desired item and initiate a return for your original purchase.
In the event of a defective product or incorrect shipment (e.g., wrong style/model sent), we may offer a replacement at our discretion—please contact our support team for assistance.
- Defective or incorrect items: We will cover all return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label (where available) for eligible returns resulting from our error.
- Change of mind: For returns initiated due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., incorrect size selection, no longer wanting the item), the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.

- Reason for the return
- Clear photos of defective items (if applicable)
Our team will review your request, confirm eligibility, and provide detailed instructions for returning the item(s).
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its acceptance. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process the refund and reflect it in your account. Timeline varies by financial institution.
If you haven’t received your refund within the 5–10 business day processing window:
- First, check with your bank or credit card issuer to confirm if there are any processing delays on their end.
- If the refund still hasn’t posted after verifying with your financial institution, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and refund details, and we’ll investigate promptly.
For orders shipped to Canada, import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the shipping carrier are non-refundable.
When you return an item, we will refund the product’s purchase price (and original shipping fees, if required by law and the return is due to our error). However, any duties, taxes, or customs fees paid at the time of delivery will not be included in the refund.
